Terms & Conditions

Booking, payment, cancellation and conduct terms for chauffeur and limousine services provided by Sirano GTA Limo.

Last updated:

These Terms & Conditions apply to every booking made with Sirano GTA Limo ("we", "us", "our"). By confirming a reservation by WhatsApp, phone or email, you ("you", the "customer") agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone travelling in your party.

1. Bookings and confirmation

  • You can request a booking by WhatsApp, phone or email. A booking is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation (WhatsApp, text or email) showing the date, pickup time, pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle class, passenger count and your quoted price.
  • Hourly rates shown on our website are a guide. The price in your written confirmation is the price that applies to your booking.
  • Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us right away if anything is wrong. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect details you gave us.
  • For airport pickups, you must give us your flight number. We track your flight and adjust the pickup time for early or late arrivals.
  • The person who makes the booking is responsible for the conduct of their party and for any charges under these terms.

2. Changes to a booking

  • Changes to the date, time, route, vehicle or passenger count apply only once we confirm them in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may change the price.
  • Changes requested on the day of travel (such as extra stops, detours or extra time) are billed at the vehicle's hourly rate, in 30-minute increments.

3. Rates, payment and deposits

  • Rates: all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Rates for hourly bookings depend on the vehicle, date, hours and route, and are confirmed in your quote.
  • What's included: unless your quote says otherwise, your confirmed price includes HST, a standard gratuity of 15%, highway tolls (including the 407 ETR when used), fuel, and airport parking and fees. Extra gratuity is never expected and is always at your discretion.
  • Payment methods: we accept major credit cards and debit (by phone or in the vehicle), Interac e-Transfer and cash. Corporate accounts can apply for monthly invoicing.
  • Deposits: limousine, Hummer and Escalade stretch, Sprinter, party bus, coach, Rolls-Royce and Bentley bookings, and all wedding, prom and event bookings, require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure the vehicle. The balance is due 48 hours before service. Sedan and SUV bookings are paid on confirmation or on completion, as stated in your confirmation.
  • Card authorisation: we may place a temporary hold on your card when you book. It is released after the trip, minus any final charges.
  • Card surcharge: no surcharge applies to credit card payments.
  • Declined payments: a fee of $25 applies to declined or reversed payments, plus any bank charges.

4. Minimum hours and overtime

  • Hourly ("as-directed") bookings have a minimum of 2 hours for sedans and SUVs, and 3 hours for stretch limousines, Hummer and Escalade stretch limousines, Sprinters, party buses, coaches and Rolls-Royce or Bentley vehicles. Weddings, proms and peak dates may have longer minimums, which we confirm in your quote.
  • Time starts at the booked pickup time and ends when the last passenger is dropped off. Time beyond the booking is overtime, billed at the vehicle's hourly rate in 30-minute increments.

5. Waiting time and no-shows

  • Airport pickups: 30 minutes free for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights, counted from the flight's actual landing time.
  • All other pickups: 15 minutes free from the scheduled pickup time.
  • Waiting beyond the free time is billed in 15-minute increments.
  • No-show: if we can't reach you or any member of your party by the end of the free waiting time, and you haven't contacted us, the booking counts as a no-show and the full fare is charged.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  • Sedans and SUVs: free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
  • Limousines, Sprinters, party buses, coaches and event bookings: free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup, apart from the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations after these deadlines are charged the full fare.
  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Vehicles, substitution and upgrades

  • We guarantee the vehicle class you booked (for example "Luxury SUV"), not a specific make, model, year or colour. Photos and example models on our website are for illustration.
  • If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable (because of a breakdown, an accident or an earlier trip running late), we may provide a vehicle of the same or higher class at no extra cost. If only a lower class is available, we will tell you and refund the difference.

8. Passengers, luggage and capacity

  • The passenger capacity shown for each vehicle class (for example 3–4 for a sedan, 20–30 for a Party Bus and 35–56 for a coach) is the maximum. Every passenger must have a seat, and a seatbelt where the vehicle is fitted with one, as required by Ontario law. Your chauffeur must refuse to carry more people than the vehicle is licensed and insured for.
  • Luggage must fit safely in the luggage space. Oversized items (skis, golf bags, strollers, wheelchairs) must be declared when booking and may require a larger vehicle.

9. Child safety

Children must travel in the correct child seat or booster seat as required by the Highway Traffic Act (Ontario). Infant, convertible and booster seats are provided free on request. Please tell us each child's age and weight when booking.

10. Passenger conduct

  • Smoking, vaping and cannabis use are not permitted in any vehicle.
  • Alcohol may be consumed only by passengers of legal drinking age (19 and over in Ontario), and only where permitted by Ontario law. No alcohol is permitted on prom, graduation or school bookings, or when any passenger is under 19.
  • On party buses and limousines, passengers must stay seated or hold on while the vehicle is moving and must not stand on seats. Glass bottles may not be brought on board.
  • Illegal substances, weapons and hazardous materials are not allowed.
  • Your chauffeur may end a trip, without a refund, if a passenger's behaviour puts the chauffeur, other passengers, the vehicle or other road users at risk.

11. Damage and cleaning fees

The booking customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their party, and for any cleaning needed beyond normal use. The following fees apply:

  • Smoking or vaping in the vehicle: $250
  • Vomit or bodily fluids: $300
  • Spills or stains that need detailing: $150
  • Damage to the interior or exterior: the actual cost of repair, plus loss of use of the vehicle while it is out of service

We will send photos and an itemised receipt with any damage or cleaning charge.

12. Animals and service animals

  • Service animals are always welcome, at no charge, under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
  • Pets are allowed only with approval at the time of booking, and must travel in a secure carrier or on a protective cover.

13. Accessibility

We want every passenger to travel comfortably. Please tell us about any mobility needs, mobility devices or assistance you require when you book, so we can send a suitable vehicle and allow extra time.

14. Cross-border trips

For trips to the United States (for example Buffalo, Buffalo Niagara International Airport or Niagara Falls, NY), every passenger is responsible for carrying valid travel documents and meeting border requirements. Time spent at the border is billed as waiting time. We are not responsible for delays or refused entry at the border.

15. Partner operators

At busy times, we may arrange your trip with a carefully selected, licensed and insured partner operator who meets our service standards. These terms still apply, and we remain your point of contact.

16. Delays, events beyond our control and liability

  • We plan every trip carefully, but we are not responsible for delays or missed connections caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, police activity, airport or border delays, mechanical failure, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • If an event like this stops us from providing the service at all, we will offer you a credit or a refund for the part of the service we could not provide.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights, events or business opportunities.
  • You agree to compensate us for any loss, damage or claims caused by you or your party breaking these terms.

17. Lost property

Items left in our vehicles are kept for 30 days. We will make reasonable efforts to return them (return shipping or delivery is at your cost), but we are not responsible for lost items.

18. Complaints and billing disputes

If something didn't go as expected, please contact us within 7 days of your trip at the details below. We will look into it and reply within 5 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer, so we can resolve it quickly.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you made your booking applies to that booking.

20. General

  • These terms, together with your written booking confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and us about your booking.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.
